12 New Horror Games this Halloween-part3

It's not quite a "horror" game or Fallout 4, but this follow-up to 2008's open-world post-apocalyptic RPG sees Obsidian Entertainment, a team composed largely of ex-Black Isle (Fallout, Fallout 2) employees, taking over developing duties from the folks at Bethesda for a new wasteland adventure.



Rock of the Dead

Hard rock musician and horror movie director Rob Zombie also provides music for the game. While Rock of the Dead doesn't exactly scream "Triple A," it takes a fresh approach to the music genre by allowing players to have a real objective (avoiding becoming a buffet for zombies) to hitting those notes quickly and accurately.



Saw 2: Flesh & Blood

Saw 2: Flesh & Blood, is set in between the second and third Saw films, when the son of David Tapp (Danny Glover's character from the original movie) investigates the death of his father, which of course leads him to cross paths with Saw's raspy-voiced, geriatric killer, Jigsaw.

Costume Quest looks like it has the potential to pick up the slack in the gaming realm, with the offbeat humor and quirky animated style to fuel a new set of holiday memories. Casual enough for kids with addictive RPG elements to snag the hardcore, Costume Quest could be the start of something great.
