Virtua Tennis 4 coming to Xbox, PS3, and Wii

SEGA announced that Virtua Tennis 4, developed by the original Virtua Tennis Team in Japan, will be coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii this spring and will use the wii motion controller of the respected system. A bonus to PlayStation 3 and 3DTV owners is that the PS3 version will include 3D technology as well which we previewed back in October.

If you're someone who doesn't like motion controls or just not in the mood to play standing up one night, VT4 also allows gamers to utilize a regular controller so the option is there for what you want to use. Virtua Tennis 4 will include such top stars as No. 1 Rafael Nadal, 16-time major champion Roger Federer and UK No. 1 Andy Murray and now will also include seven new champions for the first time: Juan Martín Del Potro, Fernando Gonzalez, Caroline Wozniacki and Laura Robson.

Players will also now be able to choose the path of their career off-court and on-court. Each decision players make will effect their career path making for a unique career each time. Of course VT4 will also include Online Mode where both competitive and casual players will be able to aaccess a new hub that will enable a more competitive matchmaking system and online tournaments.

Virtua Tennis 4 is due out Spring 2011.
