Some of you may have heard earlier that there was a legal case pending against Sony, filed by the company LG. LG was arguing that Sony's PS3 was infringing on LG's Blu-Ray technology patents. Today, LG had a legal breakthrough, as the European courts ordered EU Customs to seize all PS3 consoles arriving into the European Union. Sony normally imports around 100,000 PS3 consoles per week so they are frantically trying to get the import ban removed.
