All PKG Decompiler Released - TeamSOS

Here comes another helpful TeamSOS release. Do not be nervous,we are going to keep them coming in the near future. We are releasing 2 applications we could have used 100 times in the past several months. First is Unpkg GUI (Windows Program requires .NET) and the other is called Allunpkg (Command Line version).They can both decrypt and extract ALL pkg files with the exception of firmware PKG files. They do not need to use several different applications to deal with different pkg types.It's where they're previously called helpful. These applications will check itself what's what and handle it accordingly. Major props goes to Blazie151 for making most of the app.
